In Carrowdore Primary School we endeavour to think of others less fortunate than ourselves.  The children are invited to bring a small donation on Friday mornings for charity and the class who collects the most is awarded the coveted Charity Cup in assembly and will receive an extra ten minutes playtime.

From time to time we also run fundraising events such as non-uniform days or fun runs to raise money for charity.

The proceeds from events like our school carol service are also donated to charity.

Many thanks for the continuing contribution from all pupils.  We look forward to continuing this great work.

Congratulations to Primary 5 who were the first winners of our charity cup this year! We were delighted to be able to present a donation of groceries and a cheque for £250 to the Foodbank at our Harvest Assembly.
